Job summary

Stussy, Inc. in Los Angeles (DTLA) is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to drive daily operations of our apparel and accessories supply chain, collaborating with vendors and cross‑functional teams to keep quality, timing, and cost on track.

You will manage calendar milestones, tracking lead times, and coordinate testing with QA, while supporting ESG/compliance and cost analysis. The role reports to the Sr. Manager of Production and offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in apparel production, with at least 3 years in a manager‑level or equivalent role.
• Solid understanding of global sourcing and vendor management across multiple production regions.
• Hands‑on experience managing seasonal production calendars and delivery tracking.
• Proficiency in PLM, ERP, G‑Suite, and Excel (pivot tables, tracking tools, reporting).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented working style.
• Experience across both apparel and accessory categories.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Communication & Support - Serve as a consistent point of contact for vendors on day‑to‑day production matters. Communicate priorities clearly, follow up on outstanding items, and escalte vendor performance issues to the Sr. Manager of Production as needed.
• Calendar & Delivery Tracking - Own the day‑to‑day tracking of production milestones across the seasonal calendar. Proactively identify delays or risks and communicate them clearly with recommended solutions.
• Quality Coordination - Partner with QA to coordinate third‑party testing and inspection activity at vendors. Track quality results and support improvement efforts.
• Inventory & Lead Time Management - Maintain visibility into bulk production status, lead times, and key inventory milestones.
• Cost Support - Assist with cost tracking and analysis across the vendor base.
• Compliance Support - Ensure vendor documentation and audits are up to date.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Work with PD, Sourcing, QA, and Procurement to ensure smooth handoffs.
