Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain for apparel.
• Proven track record in running RFPs and cost negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Deliver product cost savings through negotiation and governance.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement capabilities into tools.
• Lead RFPs end-to-end and manage vendor relations.
• Develop clean sheet costing and schedule optimization for buys.
• Collaborate with upstream sourcing to ensure material availability.
