Job summary

Quince, a direct-to-consumer company, seeks a Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Soft Home in the United States. You will own cost structures, drive savings, and partner with suppliers to deliver high-quality materials at sustainable prices.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a retail home environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms to conduct scenario analysis and automate complex procurement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the procurement category strategy to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Deliver cost reductions while maintaining ESG considerations and product quality.
• Lead RFP processes end-to-end with manufacturing partners from vendor identification to award.
• Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and optimal cost.
• Drive buy plans and margin reviews to meet company targets and scale with growth.
• Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure transparent, competitive pricing from key suppliers.
