Kowa Group is seeking an International Apparel Brand Manager for North America and Japan. You will lead brand strategy, marketing, and business development to grow apparel and lifestyle brands across North America and Japan, coordinating with brand owners and Japan HQ.

Responsibilities include expanding Japanese brands in the U.S., managing Shopify-based campaigns, and driving wholesale and e-commerce growth through data-driven initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in brand management, marketing, or business development within apparel/fashion.
• Experience using Shopify and e-commerce analytics to support growth.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination across markets.

Responsabilités

• Lead growth of apparel and lifestyle brands across North America and Japan.
• Drive brand strategy, marketing, and business development initiatives.
• Act as liaison among brand owners, Japan HQ, and U.S. market.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and monitor performance metrics.
• Oversee U.S. e-commerce and wholesale activities.
• Coordinate product launches and influencer programs.
