Novo Nordisk USA is seeking a senior leader to manage and develop the API materials team, driving supply and supplier management for the API production supply chain. You will work with SoOp, PS, and GDP to deliver compliant, efficient supply solutions and lead global sourcing initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration across NN sites, continuous improvement, and maintaining inspection readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and APICS knowledge are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum five years in supply chain or manufacturing planning.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and strong communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor the API materials team across GDP, PS, and NN.
• Drive global sourcing and supplier relationships with cross-functional groups.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOPs, and audit readiness.
• Develop governance models and optimize supply chains with stakeholders.
• Support data to improve demand, capacity, and KPIs.
