Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a strategic Director to lead North America AP and Cash Application, driving accurate, compliant processing for vendors and customers. You will manage a 20+ global team from the GSC in India with onshore U.S./Canada members, champion process improvements and internal controls, and serve as the primary liaison with Treasury and banking partners.

The role emphasizes governance, system modernization, and staff development across a high-volume shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 7+ years in accounts payable, cash management, or shared service leadership.
• Hands-on SAP and ReadSoft experience required.
• Treasury liaison with banks and card programs preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global AP and cash application team of 20+ in GSC and onshore sites.
• Drive compliant, accurate AP processing and cash application across regions.
• Oversee 1099 reporting for contractors and relations with RPM Treasury.
• Implement and optimize HighRadius cash application workflows.
• Maintain internal controls and remediate control gaps.
• Partner with IT and process owners to modernize finance tech stack.
• Develop talent, conduct performance reviews, and succession planning.
