Job summary

Collibra is seeking an AP Analyst to oversee global financial obligations within a multi-entity framework. You will lead full-cycle AP operations, partnering with Procurement, Treasury, and Total Rewards to enhance efficiency and support AI-driven initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior AP Manager, you’ll contribute to process maturity and performance in a hybrid Raleigh-based role. You will manage international invoices, ensure accurate GL coding, and drive automation while aligning with internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or 5+ years of high-volume AP experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems; familiarity with Zip, Navan, Brex.
• Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables for data analysis.
• Knowledge of international banking requirements and multiple payment methods (ACH, SEPA, BACS).

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle AP operations across a complex global ecosystem with high precision.
• Partner with Procurement and Treasury to manage financial obligations and AI-driven initiatives.
• Process international invoices with correct tax treatments and accurate GL coding/PO matching.
• Drive process automation by resolving AI-flagged exceptions and monitoring error queues.
• Manage global pay cycles to ensure timely vendor payments and month-end reconciliations.
