Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading Accounts Payable and general ledger transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve payment issues with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor invoices and address challenges to prevent late payments.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end AP tasks.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and master-file maintenance.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI-enabled tools.
