Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a SPEAR Training Delivery Coordinator (TDC) to oversee DS/T/ATA/SPD/SPEAR course delivery in one or more areas to host countries, improving antiterrorism capabilities. You will plan operations, manage resources, conduct needs assessments, ensure quality, and coordinate with multiple DS/T/ATA/SPEAR teams and logistics to support training abroad.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with ability to obtain SECRET clearance.
Bachelor's degree or five years experience in administrative management in federal agency or related security/training field.
Strong written and verbal communication, and cross-cultural coordination abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple training activities across diverse locations.

Responsibilities

Plan, review, and manage day-to-day operations for training delivery to ensure objectives are met.
Coordinate with DS/T/ATA/SPD/SPEAR teams, logistics, and instructors for smooth course execution.
Conduct needs assessments, QA, and reporting on training delivery and performance.
Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, and documentation for training activities.
