Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience developing and delivering tactical and law enforcement training for U.S. diplomatic missions.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development with emphasis on tactical instruction and embassy security operations.
• Experience coordinating with host-nation forces and interagency partners on international security training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scenario-based training for SPEAR teams focusing on embassy defense and crisis response.
• Lead interagency planning and execution of security exercises and emergency response training.
• Provide high-level briefings to DOS leadership on ATA-SPEAR capabilities and security measures.
• Oversee logistics of training and exercises, including travel, equipment, and contracted services.
• Maintain and update instructional materials and evaluation systems aligned with embassy security operations.
