Responsibilities

• Lead the global animal behavior program, setting priorities and measurable goals.
• Mentor a team of three technicians and one scientist across sites.
• Oversee development of behavioral intervention programs and welfare standards.
• Partner with veterinarians, researchers, and IACUCs to integrate behavioral science into practice.
