Job summary

GSK is seeking an Analytical Network Strategy Senior Director to lead the development and execution of the analytical network strategy across global supply chains. You will work with product leads, quality strategy leads, and governance bodies to ensure robust QC networks support new product introductions and commercialization.

The role emphasizes benchmarking, KPI development, and driving best practices in analytical testing for large molecules, ADCs, and oligos, while building capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Ten+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Three+ years in quality operations, quality control and/or analytical method development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the execution of the analytical network strategy across the supply chain.
• Define QC testing network principles to meet quality objectives.
• Translate strategy into an operational roadmap and drive execution with deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytical testing into end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Gain endorsement from governance forums like SCRB for proposed strategies.
• Act as the voice of the analytical network within GSC Strategy; coordinate with QC, MSAT, R&D and others.
• Serve as the single point of contact in GSC Strategy for analytical network strategy matters.
• Identify and assess capacity and capabilities for QC testing to support the pipeline.
• Benchmark industry standards and apply insights to improve network strategy.
