Job summary

Resicum International LLC seeks experienced Aircraft Powertrain Repair & NDI Advisors to support global TAFT programs. The role focuses on providing instruction, troubleshooting, NDI guidance, and mentorship to partner-nation aviation maintenance personnel responsible for powertrain systems.

Candidate will cover powertrain components, inspections, and documentation while promoting safety, quality, and sound maintenance practices across international programs.

Qualifications

• Former U.S. Army 15D Aircraft Powertrain Repairer or equivalent aviation powertrain experience.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, inspecting, servicing, removing, installing, or repairing powertrain components and systems.
• Strong knowledge of powertrain components and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with NDI and inspection criteria in military aviation context.
• Ability to train international maintenance personnel and provide mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Aircraft Powertrain Repair & NDI Advisor to FMS partner nations.
• Provide technical instruction and mentorship on powertrain systems and NDI.
• Lead classroom and hands-on training covering maintenance procedures, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and component replacement.
• Provide guidance on powertrain transmissions, gearboxes, drive shafts, and related assemblies.
• Assist with identifying discrepancies and advising corrective actions.
• Deliver NDI instruction and mentorship on inspection criteria and documentation.
• Help develop maintenance planning, scheduling, and safety practices.
