Job summary

Qualifications
- Former U.S. Army 15K or equivalent aircraft components repair background.
- Experience supervising or mentoring aviation maintenance personnel.
- Experience with component repair, inspection, overhaul, and testing.
- Ability to interpret military aviation technical manuals and data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities.
- Willingness to work in international, cross-cultural settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical supervision and mentorship to international aviation maintenance personnel.
- Instruct on component inspection, disassembly, troubleshooting, repair, and testing.
- Supervise partner-nation component repair personnel and procedures.
- Assist with diagnosing and correcting component discrepancies.
- Advise on maintenance documentation and records.
- Support safety, tool control, FOD prevention, and risk management.
- Foster relationships to support U.S. Government FMS programs.
