Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Powerplant Repair Advisor (15B) to support TAFT programs worldwide. You will guide partner-nation aviation maintenance personnel in engine systems, troubleshooting, and powerplant readiness.

The role emphasizes classroom and hands-on instruction, mentorship, and adherence to U.S. standards and safety procedures while providing advisory support across international locations.

Qualifications

• Former U.S. Army 15B Aircraft Powerplant Repairer or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, inspecting, servicing, or repairing aircraft engines and related powerplant systems.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft powerplant systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to train and mentor international military aviation maintenance personnel.
• Security clearance willingness and ability to obtain passport/visa as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and hands-on instruction on engine systems, maintenance procedures, inspections, and repairs.
• Mentor partner-nation aviation maintenance personnel and support TAFT program activities.
• Assist with engine removal, installation, inspection, servicing, and component replacement.
• Develop powerplant maintenance lesson plans and training materials for international partners.
• Advise leadership on powerplant readiness, maintenance effectiveness, and technical issues.
