Job summary

Resicum International LLC seeks experienced CH-47F aviation maintenance professionals and crew chiefs as part of TAFT/TAFT-adjacent advisory programs. The role focuses on providing technical instruction, mentorship, and program support to partner-nation aviation personnel worldwide.

The successful candidate will deliver classroom and hands-on training, develop maintenance programs, and advise leadership on aircraft readiness, safety, and compliance with U.S. Army publications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CH-47F maintenance instruction and crew-chief training.
• Proven ability to mentor international aviation personnel and crews.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse partners.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance publications, and data in a training context.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aviation safety, risk management, and FMS procedures.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CH-47F Maintenance or Crew Chief Advisor to FMS partner nations.
• Provide classroom and hands-on CH-47F maintenance instruction and mentorship.
• Train partner-nation crew chiefs in ground and flight-line operations.
• Instruct on inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance documentation.
• Mentor in identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrective maintenance.
• Advise leadership on readiness, manpower, and supply issues affecting maintenance.
• Support development of partner-nation maintenance programs and lesson plans.
• Ensure instruction complies with applicable U.S. Army regulations and manuals.
