Job summary

Ontario International Airport Authority (ONT) is seeking an Air Service Development leader to direct strategic efforts to grow passenger and cargo air service at ONT. You will build relationships with airlines, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to shape the airport's growth trajectory.

You'll report to the SVP of Communications & Marketing and lead a team of professionals, with international experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field.
• 10 years in air service development with supervisory experience; international experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Diio, Placer.ai and related aviation tech.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains relationships with airline and industry partners.
• Attracts airlines to increase domestic and international air service for both passenger and cargo.
• Directs the Air Carrier Incentive Program (ACIP).
• Prepares passenger and cargo data and analysis and reports on status and results.
• Leads and directs budget planning and departmental management.
