Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an experienced project lead to manage global Air and Ocean onboarding initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, set up projects per the CPM methodology, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will engage with internal and client stakeholders to develop SOPs, standardize workflows across regions, and monitor Go-live and steady-state performance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years related experience preferred.
• 5+ years industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Air/Ocean customer onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate global/regional work streams using CPM Methodology to safeguard scope, timelines and budget.
• Lead or manage Work Stream Leads for Air and Ocean projects to drive implementation success.
• Set up projects per CEVA PM methodology, including tools, templates, and data validation.
• Benchmark and analyze potential business awards for operational solutions and risk mitigation.
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and action items with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to prepare SOPs and ensure scalable workflows across countries.
• Oversee Go-live, hyper care and steady-state monitoring to ensure client satisfaction and profitable execution.
