Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement of goods.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
• Manage relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
