Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking an AI Transformation Lead within Global Legal & Compliance (GL&C) to design and execute a comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap for 2030. The role reports to the GL&C Data Officer and collaborates across data governance, analytics, product management, and knowledge management to ensure AI investments are grounded in trusted data and aligned with enterprise priorities.

Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise AI strategies.
Experience integrating AI with data governance, analytics and knowledge mgmt.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

Define GL&C AI strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to 2030 goals.
Govern AI adoption with internal guardrails, standards and risk management.
Embed AI into daily workflows and delivery models with measurable outcomes.
Measure ROI and business value from AI initiatives and scale impactful use cases.
Collaborate with Data Officer, Tech Leaders, Learning & Development and Product Owner teams.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex AI programs across the organization.
Advance GL&C internal AI capabilities by building scalable pilots and governance.
