Qualifications

8+ years of AI/technology strategy or digital transformation experience.
Proven ability to scale AI in complex organizations.
Experience designing AI governance frameworks and risk management.
Strong partnership with senior leaders and technical teams.
Excellent communication translating AI concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Define and own GL&C's AI strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Vet, pilot, and scale high-value GenAI tools with governance.
Embed AI into workflows with cross-functional teams.
Develop ROI framework for AI initiatives.
Partner on solutioning technical architecture.
Establish internal guardrails and risk management.
Build AI fluency with Learning & Development and Talent teams.
Align AI investments with Liberty Mutual enterprise strategy.
