United Franchise Group seeks a Director of AI & Technology Operations to drive AI adoption across brands, manage AI-powered platforms, and oversee tech initiatives for staff and franchisees. This role blends program management with hands-on AI fluency, translating executive vision into deployed capabilities using Copilot, Power Apps, and related tools.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, shape governance, and ensure scalable AI deployments with measurable productivity gains,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is strongly preferred.
Experience deploying AI tools (Copilot, Power Apps, LLM-based products) in business environments.
Strong understanding of CRM SaaS products and API-driven integrations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Own and execute AI adoption roadmap across brands and departments.
Lead Copilot adoption, training, and productivity improvements for staff and franchisees.
Design, build, and deploy Power Apps and AI automations to streamline operations.
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools into existing systems.
Coordinate CRM feature development and API integrations with Gorilla Dash and RevScale.
Manage AI governance, data handling, and compliance for deployments.
Drive cross-functional delivery using PMP/Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Provide executive summaries and AI ROI reporting to CTO/COO.
