Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions to lead enterprise AI initiatives across global operations and value streams. You will translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled use cases that improve decision quality, productivity, and standardization, working with Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, DBI, and IT.

Qualifications

5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or AI-related experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience applying AI tools in business environments.
Preference for Global Supply Planning and/or Site/Manufacturing experience.
Preference for experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or other regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to enterprise operational and Supply Chain objectives.
Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI-enabled solution requirements.
Design and build lightweight AI agents and workflow automations using approved enterprise tools.
Identify data readiness gaps and partner across functions to address them.
Support monthly business cadence and operational decision cycles with AI-enabled insights.
