Job summary

Oracle CSS is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer in the United States (Denver area) to partner with customers, discover opportunities, design intelligent AI workflows, prototype agentic solutions, and guide production deployments.

You will collaborate with executives, architects, and delivery teams to shape enterprise AI adoption, build reusable orchestration patterns, and ensure secure, production-ready deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their business goals and operational challenges.
• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders, functional experts, architects, and delivery teams.
• Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
• Map current and future business processes and translate into process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
• Define where AI agents should automate, collaborate, or defer to human expertise.
• Configure and prototype agentic workflows using AI models, low-code platforms, APIs, integrations, and orchestration frameworks.
• Move prototypes into production with engineering teams, define testing approaches and edge cases, and present solutions to customers.
