Experian in the United States seeks a Senior Director of AI Integration to lead embedding AI across our software platforms. You will manage engineering leaders across three countries, shaping delivery speed, quality, and a culture of experimentation.

You will modernize the software development lifecycle with AI tooling, drive security and compliance, and partner with teams to balance rapid feature delivery with enterprise-grade safeguards across React, .NET, Java, Salesforce, and MuleSoft.

Formación

• Led engineering teams and driven AI-enabled product delivery at scale (global).
• Strong hands-on technical management across cloud and modern stacks.
• Experience deploying AI development tools across large organizations (GitHub, Claude, Copilot, Cursor AI, Kiro).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a global AI integration strategy across engineering orgs.
• Mentor engineering leaders across three countries and foster a collaborative culture.
• Modernize SDLC with AI tooling for code generation, testing, and localization.
• Drive enterprise-grade security, compliance, and training for AI platforms.
• Enable intent-driven development workflows and MCP integrations.
• Integrate AI capabilities into core platforms including React frontends and microservices.
• Partner with global teams to balance speed and governance.
