Job summary

Experian is searching for a Senior Director of Product Design to lead design across consumer experiences in credit, identity, marketplace, and financial services. This leadership role shapes design craft, systems, and practice while partnering with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Revenue.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer and reside in or near one of our collaboration hubs in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product design in scaled consumer tech or fintech.
• 3+ years building and guiding product design teams.
• Experience driving AI-enabled product redesigns and platform shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native redesigns of core consumer experiences with AI as a design material.
• Shape interaction models for personalized, intelligent experiences.
• Own design outcomes against product metrics such as activation and revenue.
• Evolve design systems in partnership with Engineering.
• Lead, coach and grow a multidisciplinary design team.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Growth, and Revenue on experiments and funnels.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Engineering and Revenue.
