ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Community of Practice within the Customer Excellence Group to scale AI readiness and practitioner expertise across geos and customer-facing roles worldwide. You will own the strategy, design, and day-to-day operation of this community ecosystem, partnering with Product, Engineering, and ServiceNow University to build a self-sustaining model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, community management, learning & development, or technical program management in enterprise tech.
• 5+ years leading communities of practice at scale (500+ participants across regions).
• 2+ years direct experience with AI technologies enabling AI adoption or AI-powered enablement.
• Proven success building programs from scratch with governance, volunteer leaders, and sustained engagement.
• Experience presenting strategy/results to VP/SVP audiences with measurable business impact.
• Track record of durable change-management initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Define and govern community operating model, charter, and success metrics across all communities.
• Design and implement community types mapped to certification roles/personas.
• Build governance, cadence, rituals, and contribution mechanisms for sustainable communities.
• Establish community health dashboards with participation and engagement indicators.
• Recruit, develop, and support GEO Community Practice Leaders and practitioner champions.
• Cultivate global partnerships to ensure co-ownership of community programming.
• Embed AI readiness frameworks and translate complexity into community-ready content and playbooks.
• Maintain feedback loops from field lessons to product and release planning.
