Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software/data engineering or technical leadership.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products or platforms and decision intelligence capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI engineering practices, including data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Ability to influence technical decisions with senior leaders and translate concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling shared platforms serving multiple products/teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy enabling the innovation agenda, including AI-powered products and experimentation platforms.
• Lead engineering teams to build, operate, and scale centralized innovation capabilities across global markets.
• Partner with Product, Data, and Business leaders to translate priorities into secure, scalable products and platforms.
• Advance engineering excellence with modern software/AI engineering practices, platform reliability, security, and observability.
• Drive decisions on technical tradeoffs, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure solutions are secure by design.
