Qualifications

8+ years of Program or Project Management experience in enterprise technology.
2 years of recent AI/ML/Generative AI program delivery in last 24 months.
Experience delivering AI work products in Agile environments.
Hands-on AI Factory or centralized AI delivery model experience.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple AI programs across global functions.
Manage delivery roadmaps, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Governance.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and AI delivery governance.
Ensure value realization and measurable business outcomes.
