Job summary

xdof, Inc. is building the data foundation behind foundation models to accelerate robotics research and deployment. The company is seeking a results-driven project manager to lead data collection projects, ensure quality and SLA, and optimize cost targets.

You will coordinate a global team across the US, China, and Southeast Asia, drive delivery, monitor progress in real time, and surface blockers to keep projects moving across time zones and languages.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in AI data services, autonomous driving, or data BPO is a plus.
• Strong learning agility and structured thinking to tackle robotics collection/annotation problems.
• Ability to connect product, engineering, data, operations, and overseas teams to move projects forward.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of data collection projects from requirements to final delivery.
• Collection & Annotation Solution Design: Translate client needs into data collection and annotation specs.
• Global Team Coordination: Coordinate teams across China, the US, and Southeast Asia.
• Project Progress & Quality Control: Monitor progress and accuracy, establish spot-checks for quality.
