Job summary

MaxInsights in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end robotics data collection and annotation projects, aligning clients and solution design to deliver data that meets strict SLAs and accuracy targets.

You will design data specifications, coordinate with global teams in the US, China, and SEA, monitor progress with real-time dashboards, and drive automation to scale data pipelines while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project or program management experience (TPM role).
• Direct experience in AI data services, autonomous driving, robotics, or managing high-throughput data pipelines is highly preferred.
• Ability to interface with engineering teams on data pipelines, sensor modalities, and ML training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of robotics data collection and annotation projects, ensuring SLAs and accuracy targets.
• Translate requirements into concrete data collection, simulation, and annotation specs (Specs).
• Coordinate with global teams across US, China, and Southeast Asia to drive execution across time zones.
• Build real-time tracking systems for data production pipelines and ensure data integrity and label accuracy.
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with software teams to automate the workflow.
