Job summary

HCLTech Noida, India seeks a Domain Consultant III to define and govern power infrastructure for AI-ready hyperscale data centers. Translate AI workloads into robust MV/LV designs, UPS, generators, PDUs, and monitoring platforms.

Build global reference architectures, templates, and playbooks; support greenfield and brownfield upgrades; collaborate with Sales, Marketing and engineering to align with business needs.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in data center power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global power design standards for AI/hyperscale data centers.
• Develop end-to-end electrical designs including MV/LV, UPS, generators, PDUs, and busways.
• Translate AI/GPU workloads into high-density power architectures.
• Create capacity/load models for bursty AI workloads.
• Design N+1, 2N, and distributed resiliency redundancy architectures.
• Perform load flow, short-circuit, and power quality analyses.
• Support site feasibility assessments and readiness activities.
• Coordinate with marketing to align GTM propositions with business needs.
• Develop case studies and GTM collateral illustrating success stories.
• Monitor industry developments and inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales on key customer profiles and focus areas.
