Job summary

RELX is seeking a Global Legislation AI Content Optimization Lead to drive AI-first transformation for editorial content across Global Editorial Operations. You will define and implement AI-assisted content creation, quality enhancement, and workflow optimization at scale, partnering with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders across North America, UK, and Asia-Pacific.

The role requires leading AI-enabled content generation, summarisation, and classification initiatives while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in content, publishing, legal editorial, product development or project management.
• Extensive experience of legal content across codified and common law systems.
• Experience applying AI, LLMs, automation or NLP within content or workflow optimisation contexts.
• Track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global AI content optimization strategy for legislative and regulatory content.
• Lead cross-group ideation, requirements gathering and prioritization for AI-enabled content generation and enrichment.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, editorial managers to translate ideas into roadmaps.
• Oversee design, testing and deployment of AI-driven editorial tools and workflows.
• Develop and maintain global standards for AI-generated or AI-optimised content.
