Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks an AI Content Optimization Lead to drive AI and automation across global content operations and metadata workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance quality, speed, and consistency.

The role requires leading complex, global projects with internal teams and offshore partners, with broad exposure to AI technologies and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, project management, or product development.
• Experience in news, business or entity content.
• Experience utilizing AI/automation in content optimization.
• Proven ability to lead global cross-functional projects across locations and time zones.
• Proficient in AI technologies (LLMs, NLP, ML) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline editorial, metadata, and content operations workflows globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and deploy AI solutions from ideation to deployment.
• Review proposed approaches to ensure governance, standards and quality expectations.
• Oversee the integration and global deployment of AI/automation solutions.
• Create progress reports and communicate updates to senior leadership with data-driven insights.
