• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, business or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive communications experience across corporate and executive communications.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or cross‑functional leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Experience creating enterprise narratives linking multiple business functions.
• Ability to advise senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong GenAI fluency and applying AI to communications.
• Exceptional storytelling, writing and editing across formats.
• Experience leading enterprise communications programs.
• Business acumen to tie strategy to reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the enterprise AI narrative across R&D, Commercial, IT and manufacturing.
• Lead integrated enterprise AI communications strategy for internal and external audiences.
• Advise executives on AI positioning and messaging and manage reputation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional partners to align priorities and create a coordinated AI narrative.
