Job summary

You will lead business development, relationship management, revenue optimization, and performance attribution for client lending programs.

Qualifications

• Proven success developing and managing client relationships.
• Experience in the Agency Securities Finance industry.
• Ability to build persuasive arguments to drive business results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal product partners across regions.
• Understanding of regulatory, tax, and market events and implications for lending programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategy plan focused on retention and revenue optimization.
• Drive organic growth through additional mandates and wallet expansion.
• Understand contractual obligations and ensure compliance within parameters.
• Collaborate with global ASF trading and investment desks on revenue opportunities.
• Align messaging and strategies between ASF and Platform Sales.
• Advocate for the client across trading, operations, risk, credit, technology, and product.
• Escalate and resolve issues promptly with clear client communication.
