Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in logistics or transportation management within aerospace or complex industrial manufacturing.
• TMS implementation experience.
• Experience and knowledge of VMI.
• Strategies with 3PL and 4PL providers.
• Lean freight cost rationalization experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with TMS, international shipping execution, and air/ocean freight operations.
• Understanding of global trade compliance principles.
• Experience working in multinational supply chains.

• Define and execute a global logistics strategy.
• Own the transportation management systems (TMS).
• Manage air and ocean freight operations.

• Manage Incoterms and contractual logistics.
