AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Global Engine Manager – Aerospace to lead onboarding, quoting operations, and global execution strategy for aerospace engine logistics programs. This role acts as a global expert, ensuring standardized processes and a high-quality customer experience across all regions.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years in aerospace logistics, strong commercial acumen, and proven success in operational governance. Benefits include private healthcare, pension contributions, and 26 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in aerospace or high-value logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace engine handling and AOG operations.
• Experience with global operations and multi-region coordination.
• Proven track record in process standardization and governance.
• Strong commercial acumen (pricing, quoting, solutions).

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new aerospace engine programs.
• Support global quoting operations for aerospace engine opportunities.
• Develop and implement global SOPs and procedures.
• Monitor execution of engine shipments across multiple solutions.
• Establish KPIs for engine operations and drive visibility.
