Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Engineering Program Manager (Finance) in the CNS COE, based in Deer Valley, AZ, with a hybrid work schedule. Lead global engineering projects, define scope, budgets, and timelines, and mentor engineers across multiple sites.

Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and aviation risk management are essential for success. The role emphasizes customer focus, integrity, and continuous improvement in project management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering or technical CAM roles in the Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager.
• Define and implement project scope, objectives, deliverables, prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Lead a robust risk management process to identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
• Contain scope growth through robust baseline change management.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
