Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering large, complex enterprise programs end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and data protection frameworks.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing decisions.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of online tracking and AdTech ecosystems.
• Designing and running governance and control processes that withstand audits.
• Clear, evergreen program documentation and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Set the firmwide strategy for online tracking and AdTech privacy, aligning to global privacy requirements and business goals.
• Lead design, rollout, and improvement of compliance programs for tag management and online tracking tech.
• Promote cross-functional execution with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Marketing to ensure compliance.
• Advise senior leaders on privacy risk, regulatory changes, and AdTech trends.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks, controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Deliver training and guidance on online tracking topics to raise awareness and improve execution quality.
• Run stakeholder forums to gather input and drive decisions to closure.
