Job summary

Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) seeks an Associate Director of International Admissions to lead RISD’s world-wide recruitment and admissions efforts. You will work with senior leadership to develop a multiyear, data-informed plan, manage international application review, and represent RISD globally as a primary admissions leader for international students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years of admissions, enrollment management, international education, or a related field.
Valid passport and driver's license; ability to travel as required.
Must meet federal DSO eligibility, including being a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and a regularly employed member of school administration.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and annually assess a multiyear international recruitment plan aligned with enrollment goals and resources.
Lead or coordinate international application review across first-year and transfer applicants.
Build and manage partnerships with international schools, counselors, and EducationUSA centers.
Track and analyze inquiries, applicants, admits, deposits, and enrolled students by market and activity.
Support office-wide recruitment, yield, and enrollment priorities through tours and information sessions.
Serve as a DSO and oversee SEVIS reporting and I-20 responsibilities; participate in leadership initiatives.
