The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple full-time employees, a demonstrated commitment to inclusive community building, and readiness to travel internationally several times per year to connect RISD's networks worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managing three or more full-time employees.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least twice a year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee domestic and global clubs, affinity groups, and family engagement staff.
• Implement programs that support the A+FR strategic plan.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to respond to growing needs of the global community.
