Job summary

You will oversee application review for international students and collaborate with campus partners to ensure compliant, data‑driven admissions practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in admissions or international education.
• Experience implementing international recruitment strategies and reviewing international credentials.
• Strong analytical skills with CRM and data visualization experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets and partnerships.
• Understand SEVP/DSO requirements and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead multiyear international recruitment plans aligned with enrollment goals.
• Oversee international application review and provide guidance for credential evaluation.
• Build and manage partnerships with international schools and counselors.
• Track and analyze inquiries, applicants, admits, and enrollment by market and activity.
• Serve as a DSO and coordinate I-20 processes with campus offices.
