Crestron Electronics Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Account Specialist to interface with multi-million dollar accounts, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, analytical/administrative skills, and coordination across internal teams to ensure open orders, shipments, returns, and credits are processed smoothly. Requirements include a High School diploma (College preferred), 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; college preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with customer service and sales support.
• Strong communication and ability to convey technical information.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with multi-million dollar accounts and sales team.
• Handle escalated customer situations and account issues.
• Provide sales and support during pre- and post-sales processes.
• Resolve issues regarding orders, returns, shipping, and logistics promptly.
• Assist with expediting/tracking orders and resolving shipping issues.
• Research, monitor and report data in SAP/CRM for customers and sales.
• Collaborate with accounts to ensure smooth sales and support.
• Expedite requests and modify orders and shipping info as needed.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.
