Job summary

Crestron Electronics, Inc. is seeking an order processing professional to ensure accurate entry, validation, and execution of customer orders in SAP while supporting global pricing initiatives.

You will work with Sales, Customer Support, Client Relations, Finance and Leadership to deliver timely fulfillment and pricing execution, with potential travel to trade shows or industry events.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in order processing, pricing, or data entry.
• 0-2 SAP Experience; strong Excel knowledge (reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Order accuracy & attention to detail; cross-functional communication.
• Time management & prioritization; occasional travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Review and process various order types requiring specialized handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Support the pricing team by assisting with reports, transactions, and related communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are accurately processed in alignment with customer requirements.
• Assess situations and make sound, timely decisions to support efficient order processing.
• Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and productivity.
• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, from initial order entry through final invoicing.

This position is responsible for accurate order processing and pricing support. The role ensures orders are entered, validated, and executed in SAP according to customer and company requirements, while also supporting Global pricing initiatives. The individual works cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Client Relations, Finance, and Leadership to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and pricing execution.
