Qualifications

• 5+ years accounts payable experience including international AP.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports on time.
• Handle domestic and international AP transactions including currency conversions and tax requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Coordinate payment runs and ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances and prepare reports.
• Review AP processes and identify improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
