Datadog is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team in New York. You will own the accurate processing of domestic and international vendor invoices and payments, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and support month-end close as a T&E approver.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for the role.
• 2–4 years of accounts payable experience or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze vendor data.

Responsabilités

• Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on time across regions and currencies.
• Ensure proper supporting documentation is maintained per policy.
• Support vendor payment and onboarding processes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close, AP close and accruals.
• Approve T&E expense reports per policy and support audits.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
