Lyra Health, Inc. seeks a visionary Vice President, Global Accounting to lead an organization of ~16 professionals, spanning accounting operations, consolidated financial reporting, and treasury.

The role requires building a world‑class accounting function capable of operating at public‑company standards. The ideal candidate blends deep accounting expertise with operational leadership, strategic thinking, and a transformation mindset, ready to scale processes, controls, and systems for growth

Qualificações

• Public‑company accounting experience; a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, SOX and audit requirements.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience leading complex accounting organizations in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA required.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success leading accounting transformation, process standardization, automation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership across corporate accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, lease accounting, consolidations, and related accounting operations.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting ensuring timely and accurate results in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, governance, and processes and lead evaluating and implementing new accounting standards.
• Deliver meaningful financial information and insights to support executive decision‑making.
