Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 6-8 years of progressive accounting, close, and consolidation experience with people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation systems and enterprise financial platforms such as Hyperion, OneStream, SAP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation activities for accurate results.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, currency translation, equity accounting, and system consolidations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and external reporting requirements.
• Partner with regional finance, FP&A, tax, and controllership to resolve complex issues.
• Analyze consolidated statements, balance sheets, and variance drivers for senior leadership.
• Support audits by coordinating documentation and responses.
• Drive standardization, automation, and improvements in close processes.
• Lead and develop team members to foster accountability and learning.
