Job summary

Ensono seeks an Accounting Manager for a hybrid role primarily based in the United States. You’ll lead global close and consolidation, manage the monthly reporting cycle, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

You’ll mentor the accounting team, collaborate with regional units, and drive process improvements using Workday Financials and Office Connect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Public accounting experience
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience including people management
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and global financial reporting
• Cross-functional work in global, matrixed environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead global monthly close and consolidation processes.
• Optimize financial systems (Workday, Office Connect) and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with global, regional, and revenue accounting teams to ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Support US GAAP compliance and technical accounting initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop the accounting team and partner with business leaders.
